"Very highly recommended. Sönke is a pleasure to deal with, professional, prompt and making a real difference for my daughter who is taking GSCE German. She is confident that her grade will now improve. Sönke personalises the sessions and has been a great help for my daughter. Very glad to have found this tutor."

Tracey (parent of Year 11 student)

Teaching Liz who is studying toward taking her Goethe Zertifikat A2 exams.

I provide tailor-made and, therefore, very personal and much more efficient

one-to-one, pair, small groups and whole class German tuition

face-to-face or online,

allowing learners to make fast progress.

If you are looking for German tuition, here are some of the learning areas in which I am helping my tutees to achieve their personal goals:

- 'summer bridging' (ensuring a smooth transition - KS3 to GCSE,

GCSE to A level and even A Level to undergarduate level)

- A Level (all exam boards)

- IBDP German ab initio and German B (SL and HL)

- GCSE and IGCSE (all exam boards)

- Goethe Institut Zertifikat A1-C2

- TestDaF (i.e. entry requirement for many German universities)

- conversational sessions

- Business German

- preparation for exams and

- conduct of Speaking Exams as visiting examiner.

- covering South Devon and Torbay, including towns such as Bovey Tracey, Newton Abbot, Teignmouth, Ashburton, Totnes, Torquay, Paignton

- travelling to Exeter, Plymouth, Dartmoor and beyond

- worldwide online tuition and, of course, all of the above for all ages and abilities.

Although I cannot guarantee that you will reach native speaker-like proficiency, I know that you will enjoy learning German, using a mixture of digital and analogue resources with the aim of having fun.
